Terms
& Conditions
By engaging with ReWorded’s services and making any form of payment (deposit, partial, or full), you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Please read carefully.

1. Deposits and Payment
-
A deposit or first instalment is required to confirm any project. Work will not begin until this payment has been received, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
-
Deposits and part payments are non-refundable. If you choose not to continue after work has begun, all money paid to date will be forfeited, as time and resources will already have been invested in your project.
-
All outstanding balances must be paid by the due date on your invoice, regardless of project completion status.
2. Project Delivery and Ownership
-
Final project deliverables will only be released once all payments have been made in full.
-
Ownership and usage rights of the final designs transfer to you only once the full balance has been settled. Until then, all designs remain the intellectual property of ReWorded.
-
Use of any design work (in part or full, publicly or privately) prior to full payment is not permitted.
3. Revisions and Additional Work
-
Each project includes 2–3 rounds of revisions, within the scope of the original project agreement.
-
Additional revisions or changes outside the agreed scope will be discussed with you first, and any extra costs will be confirmed before continuing.
-
If project requirements change significantly, a revised quote will be provided. You may then choose to proceed with the new scope or end the project.
4. Termination
-
If you decide to terminate the project after payment has been made, all fees paid to date remain with ReWorded. No refunds will be issued.
-
If work has been delivered, the outstanding balance must still be paid in full by the agreed deadline.
5. Protection of Work
-
ReWorded retains the right to showcase completed design work in portfolios, websites, and promotional materials, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
-
All draft concepts, sketches, and unused designs remain the intellectual property of ReWorded and may not be used or shared without written consent.
6. Respect and Collaboration
-
Clear, timely communication from both parties is essential for a smooth design process. Delays in feedback or approvals may extend project timelines.
-
ReWorded reserves the right to pause or discontinue work if payments are overdue or communication is unreasonably delayed.

Thank you for choosing ReWorded. We look forward to bringing your ideas to life.
